FOOD Grade Rubber Sheets

Rubber Sheets intended to be used at places that come in contact with materials meant for human consumption are made from FDA-approved raw materials in hygienic conditions, such sheets are termed “Food Grade Rubber Sheets”. 

These sheets are generally prepared in milky white color and free from carbon, sulfur, lead,  manganese and other toxic ingredients. Special precaution is taken while manufacturing such sheets, machines are washed with 5% caustic soda solution before commencing production, to ensure no residual ingredient gets mixed with the material. To avoid any sort of contamination, the human touch is at-most avoided and hygiene is maintained in the premises.

Composition: 

FDA (Food & Drug Administration – Depart of Health and Human Services) approved Synthetic Rubber, Calcium Carbonate, & non-sulfur (peroxide-based) curing.

Size:   Length x Width - 

• 1mtr x 2mtr,
• 1mtr x 10mtr,
• 1.2mtr x 10mtr,
• 1.5mtr x 10mtr OR As per customer’s requirement.

Thickness: 0.5mm to 50mm thickness.

Surface: Smooth on both sides OR Fabric impression on one or both sides.

Color: Mostly milky -white, but other colors such as off-white, Honey, and Blue can be prepared.
