Diamond Groove Pulley Lagging Sheets

Pulley Lagging Rubber Sheets are used to cover the pulleys over which the Rubber Conveyor belt runs. It improves the friction coefficient between the driven Pulley and the Conveyor Belt and prevents belt slippage over the pulley drum. This provides a smooth movement of convoys for material movement over them. 

These are manufactured from a blend of Natural and Synthetic rubber for more durability. It carries either a Diamond Grooved design or a plain/smooth top and a sticky polychloroprene rubber layer at the bottom which eases the installation on the pulley surface.

Features: 

Pulley lagging rubber sheets are resistant to heat, oil, temperature, weather, and abrasion.

Application: Used in almost every industry for bulk material handling.

• 1.5mtr x 10mtr
• 2mtr x 10mtr OR as per customer’s requirement.

Thickness: 

Mostly 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, & 15 mm other sizes are available on request. 

Surface: 

• Smooth on both sides (Plain Sheets)
• Diamond Groove on one sides or fabric-Impression /smooth on the other side.

Skirt Board Rubber Strips or Sheets are also a part of Conveyor Belt system, it is placed on both sides of the conveyor belt to prevent the fall of material carried on the width conveyor belt. We offer Skirt rubber sheets in various lengths, widths, and thicknesses.
