A: Neoprene is the commercial name for Chloroprene Rubber.

Q: What is meant by 30%, 50%, and 100% Pure Sheets?

A: The prescribed percentage indicates Polymer content in the specific Product.

Q: Which Adhesive or Chemical is most effective for Metal - Rubber Bonding?

A: Chemlok is a heat-activated adhesive designed for UN-vulcanized metal - Rubber Bonding. For Vulcanized rubber Synthetic Rubber Adhesive can be used.

Q: Automobile tires are made from which rubber?

A: Tires are made from a blend of Natural & synthetic rubbers along with steel wire mesh & nylon fabric reinforcements.

Q: Which sheet can be used for Mattress Protection?

A: A soft thin sheet of food-grade silicone is available for dealing with bedwetting issues in children & adults. These are seepage-proof, non-absorbent & can be easily washed.

Q: What are the standards followed for Neoprene Rubber Sheets?

A: We follow ASTM, D2000, BS C40-C80, IS:11149.

Q: Does Natural Rubber is de-composable?

A: Yes, being a Natural Polymer these are 100% de-composable & therefore a prominent substitute for Plastics.

Q: Rubber Sheets are sold in Kg or area basis?

A: Industrial Rubber Sheets are generally sold on a kg basis, whereas flooring & mats are sold per square foot.

Q: Does EPDM is available in Sponge form?

A: Yes, EPDM Profiles are available in both Solid & Sponge form, interestingly for making Automotive & Industrial Rubber Beading/Profiles EPDM is the most preferred polymer because it its superb weather and UV-resistant properties.

Q: Can u supply Rubber Profile in my design

Q: Does Medical grade & Industrial grade Silicone differs?

A: Food Grade Silicone sheets, free from sulfur & other toxic chemicals is used for Medical & other food / Dairy applications.

Q: How to decide the number of fabric piles in Fabric Insertion/ Reinforced Sheets.

A: Tensile Strength or required pressure rating decides the Number of piles.

Q; Does this Standard for Electrical Safety Mats(IS:15652-2006) is applicable Outside India?

A: We offer Mats as per IEC:61111-2009 & ASTM D178 for outside India.

Q: If we required a larger size in Cork Sheets for a high-voltage Transformer, is it available?

A: The standard size for Rubberized cork sheets is 2 feet by 3 feet. However, we can arrange bigger sizes for bulk quantities.
