Rubber is known to be a good insulator of heat and electric current. Rubber mats are therefore being used as earth mats or floor mats in areas of electrical applications, such as around electrical panels in power houses, electrical distribution rooms, power cables, or any other kind of area where work related to electricity is being performed, for the prevention and protection of workers involved in such operations.

Composition: Manufactured from a blend of high-quality natural rubber and synthetic rubber (NR/NBR). Application: power generation plants, substations, workshops, laboratory rooms, lift rooms, high- and low-voltage electric panels, powerhouses, and power stations

Technical Specifications –

• Surface: The rubber mats have chequered / Corrugated or other Anti-skid fluted design on top to prevent slippage.
• Thickness Range: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12.5mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm other sizes can be manufactured on requirement.
• Length x Width: 2 meters x 1 meter, 1.8 meter x 0.9 meter or as per requirement.
• Color: Black unless otherwise specified by the purchaser, any other color is also available on request. 
• Technical Particulars: Tensile strength 50 kg/cm2.
• Elongation at Break: 250%.
• Voltage Grade: available in various grades both for L.T transmission 440V, 3.3KV & H.T  6.6KV, 11KV, 3.3KV up to 40KV voltage grade.

4. Stereo Rubber Pads – we offer customized Stereo Rubber Sheets which are used for printing of manufacture details like codes, Batch No., Price, Mfg. The date used on Jute/HDPE/Fiber/Cloth/Paper bags.
5. Stable Mats -  Cow/Hose Stable mats are walkways as Flooring in cow or horse stable where it makes a comfortable walk way & prevents the animal from slipping.
