Required a plant supervisor.   

The candidate must possess a strong understanding of the production processes, including machinery operation, material flow, and quality control procedures. Must able to troubleshoot problems efficiently, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize productivity and minimize downtime. Also be able to clearly convey instructions to team, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative working environment.
